The vehicle owner approves or rejects the booking request. Once accepted, the client can proceed to payment and confirmation.
Clients can upload a national ID or passport, a valid driving licence and a clear profile photo for verification.
The owner records fuel level, mileage, condition notes and photos during handover and again when the vehicle is returned.
The full vehicle rental and Garify's KES 250 service fee are paid immediately after the booking details are submitted. Garify holds the rental funds securely until the trip is completed, or queues a refund when the owner declines or another approved refund condition applies. No security deposit is charged.
Yes. When an approved listing is edited, it returns to pending review so the Garify team can review the updated information before it goes live again.
